WASHINGTON - Country music singer Mindy McCready is said to be thinking of taking legal action to stop an explicit sex tape of hers from being released by Vivid Entertainment.McCready, 34, apparently is not aware of the production of the tape titled “Baseball Mistress”, and never gave permission for its release.We are not aware of the production or release of the alleged film that seems to have surfaced via various media reports,” Fox News quoted her attorney Adam Dread as saying in a statement.
